Puff Sheet
Unroll Puff Sheet is a Ready to bake frozen puff pastry sheet, made of layers of dough and margarine.
Thaw the Sheet, unroll it, cut the sheet into the desired, fill them with your stuffing and bake.
It is that easy!
How to use it
Open Vacuum Pack
Cut open the Vacuum pack and pull out the number of sheets you want to bake(Be gentle, they
may stick to each other partly). Wrap the remaining sheets and place them back in the freezer.
Leave pulled out sheets at room temperature wrapped in cling film to thaw for around half an
hour. (Do not leave the puff sheet in the open air without covering it, it may dry the product).
Make sure your puff sheet is chilled all the way before you put it into the oven. Chilling aids good raising.
Do not force bend the sheet wait till it is completely thawed, it may break if it is still not thawed yet.
Fillings & Seal
Fill the Puff Sheet with your favourite filling.
Fold & seal them with a touch of water, Milk wash or Egg wash is a must for that Golden brown gloss.
Bake Them
Bake them in a preheated oven @ 200°C for 20-24 minutes or till that Grand Golden Brown look.

How to use it
