Peach 🍑 Galette using Unroll Short crust Pastry Sheet

The short crust pastry from Unroll is so easy to use that you can make pies and Galette without the Hassel of kneading or mixing! Just thaw and add your Ingredients and bake and you are ready to go!


• Unroll Short crust Pastry

•4 ripe peaches

•1/4 cup powdered sugar

•1/2 tsp of Cinnamon

•3 tbsp. flour

•2 tbsp. almond flour

Directions -

  1. Thaw the frozen Unroll Short crust pastry

  2. Meanwhile make the filling by mixing the cut peach slices, sugar and cinnamon and set this aside

  3. Cut the short crust pastry into a rough circle and spread the almond flour plus flour mix

  4. Add the peach slices in the desired shape and pack it from the side

  5. Sprinkle some brown sugar on the crust

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 mins or till golden brown.
